In order for me to find your perfect fit I need a little more information from you.
Minimum Requirements
Renting:
Proof of monthly income at least 2.5 times the rent
A clean criminal background
A minimum credit score of 580 with no prior evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcies
First, last, and deposit are required to move in as a standard
Buying:
Pre-Qualification
Deposit of 3.5% for FHA and 20% for Conventional
